Recruitment intelligence that links every open Australian government ICT opportunity to the tender-panel job ads behind it.

Overview

erecruit is a recruitment intelligence platform for Australian agencies chasing government ICT work. It tracks BuyICT, where departments publish labour-hire opportunities, and links each open tender to the agency job ads sitting behind it. Rather than guessing which advertisement maps to which panel arrangement, recruiters see the evidence in one view: role, security clearance, location and timing. IT recruitment firms and tender-panel agencies bidding for public sector placements are the people it serves.

Key Features

Live opportunity feed. The home page carries a running list of open opportunities, from LH-07789 Senior Software Engineers to watenders:DTMI41226 Supply of Atlassian Licences, each tagged with how many ad matches it has. The page notes 122 open opportunities at the time of writing.

Ad-to-contract matching. Once signed in, recruiters can see which tender-panel agency ad sits behind an opportunity, with the evidence spelled out: role, security clearance, location and timing.

CV scoring with reasons. Uploaded CVs are scored against a role, and the platform explains why a candidate ranked where they did rather than handing over a bare number.

Candidate search and import. Recruiters can pull candidates in from external sources and keep them cached inside their own workspace for reuse later.

Pipeline kanban with a consent gate. Candidates move through stages on a drag-and-drop board that filters by opportunity, and representation consent is requested before anyone is put forward.

Recruiter dashboard. KPIs, CV matches, items needing review and recent activity sit together, giving a desk-level view at the start of the day.

Use Cases

Picture a boutique IT recruitment agency in Canberra holding a labour-hire panel arrangement. Each morning the team opens the live feed, scans the open BuyICT opportunities, and spots a Senior Data Engineer post with three matching ads. Instead of ringing around to find out who is running the contract, they see the linked agency ad, check clearance and location against their bench, run CV matching, and move the best candidates into the pipeline. Consent is requested before submission, so the paperwork never becomes a last-minute scramble.

A bid manager uses the same feed differently, watching which agencies keep turning up behind government ICT roles to decide where to build relationships.

The value proposition is straightforward: recruiters stop guessing which contract sits behind an advertisement and start working from evidence.
